C'mon guys, anyone who has done any kind of financial work for a company, listed or otherwise, would be able to tell you that draft reports, whether they be financial statements, tax workings, half yearly reviews, or valuation reports, will go backwards and forwards between client and accountancy firm many times before becoming final.

Minor technical queries are most likely just that, minor technical queries.

The accounting firm will know the importance of the valuation and will be wanting to get everything spot on.
