Hector, GCN will share a 50/50 revenue with P1. If P1 lists at 30c this will also give an equal value to GCN as they will share the revenue. GCN has more going on than just the venture with P1 hence it should re-rate in time to a higher value than P1. Have a read over Angry's posts on valuation.
