Ok all good Metro, it maybe more beneficial for the newbies though if you outlined the positives and the risks as you see them. Forget the noise, I for one would love to see some good honest factual debate back on here after the last couple of days. Its frustrating for everyone I know.

GCN jumped the gun a little with their timelines for this valuation and if they hadnt done this todays announcement wouldnt have been necessary, maybe they jumped the gun becuase their excited about it, and the news is good.
In saying that the announcement today was not bad imo, it should reconfirm to holders that the valuation is very near the end of a lengthy process.
P1 says they have responded to the queries and are now awaiting the final draft. Lets hope the valuers are working over the weekend to tie thigs up.
