Peter Stafford was mentioned in the previous prospectus as Chief Executive Officer. So at least some of the old guard are still at P1.

It now says that Global Maximus Records is a subsidiary of P1. Note the present tense. This contrasts with the previous defunct prospectus, which listed various companies that would be part of P1 - if P1 listed on ASX.
