So far as I know the last move of this entity (if you can call it an entity) was to kill of their only contact with the outside world by closing www.p1card.com.
There was also some attempt to get KTL to purchase P1, but to judge by the lack of any activity my guess is that KTL had a look at P1's debts and lack of revenue and said thanks but no thanks.
