Why wouldn't costs come down to this or even much lower..? It was explained in the report the increased costs as one off for the Doco production and ex employee entitlements... And now Stockland are paying for the capital works on the WiFi installs..

As per the 50% revenue split.. Does it really need to be in the prospectus when GCN already Ann'd this around a year ago.. Anyone worth their salt with skin in this would know this already..

And you still insist on dragging up a possible need for CRs in the future.. Do you honestly believe with all these WiFis coming online GCN will need a CR.. And even in the very remote chance they do, don't you remember
