If you go to ASIC's page on Priority One at

    http://tinyurl.com/ca2s3qu

You will see, under documents lodged, that ASIC was told on Thursday (one day before the supposed announcement) that an office holder in P1 had resigned/retired.

I wonder whether the person got a golden handshake. Not, I imagine, that Priority One had much in the way of cash to provide a useful handshake. They could not have used subscription money from the prospectus to do this.

We don't know who the person in question is. The page is listed by ASIC as not available.

Has anybody got any inside information?
