Priority One this morning disclosed at the agm that the company received a letter offer from Tristar Corporate Advisors acting on behalf of an ASX listed company offering to make a full scrip bid for Priority One. The Board assessed the offer and found it favourable and it was on that basis that the decision was made not to extend the prospectus offer period. Full details of the bid are expected in the next few days. I also expect a separate ASX announcement from the ASX listed bidding company in due course
