These are valid concerns, I agree that we should be aware that we will not know how the valuation has come about.
My gut feel however is not to worry too much, to me this does have the same 'flare' as most of the other larger ventures this group of people have embarked upon.
They are not mug punters, they know how to make a buck that is certain.
One thing that these little companies know is how to set the wheels in motion for a share price spike. Such a complex structure in my eyes can only mean one thing, something big will eventually take place. Again, this is just my gut feel.
