That' s what the 600k buy looked like to me someone had them up for sale all day there were about 600k buys sitting on the other side at 0.017 and in the auction the buyer stepped up since no-one would sell down.
I don't see any cappers, no keen buyers, no bots and the anxious sellers have jumped ship it's a wait and see situation
occasionally someone blinks
