I wouldn't infer his supposed 'upbeat' inflection is as a result of any 'sense of achievement'.

I hope people, you included more so, realise a 'sense of achievement' needs to be something quite grand, in fact on a scale unseen as of yet, to justify and instill any assurance and investor confidence.

There's been numerous times of 'a sense of achievement' by Priority One, only to then wither away and revert back to the drawing board if you will...

In essence, of course there's a 'flame' still existent regarding P1.

The real question to ask is "Is there a reason why there's an impression of a supposed flame always continually burning?"
