The short answer is 'nothing'.
They failed to list on the ASX but still go on misleadingly offering the original and failed prospectus at www.p1card.com.
It looks as if the last person left the building months ago, and couldn't be bothered to turn off the internet server.
Sorry, but IMO P1 is as dead as a dodo.
