    I spoke to stafford 2 weeks ago.. they are looking at a shell company to use, or infact perhaps P1 are being bought out by this shell.. dont know who the co is but its likely under 10cps.. I was also told that the due diligence has been done this time and they are happy.. I believe they are finalising some minor finance..

    Any of this can be substantiated with a call to Stafford.
