Jefferies, you are correct, P1 supposed contracts/agreements are nothing more than 'hot air', if you research the companies, none have any real value, one of the Directors is very questionable, and in terms of the 'hanger - ons' there are a lot of questionable characters.
Golf and Trader, I have followed your discussion, and I can see both sides, but your final question is pivotal - is there commonality of individuals or entities between both organisations - I have spent many hours over the weekend, and researched all potential shareholders of P1 (if the arrangement had succeeded), and isolated 1 person with a foot in both camps. This is becoming very 'fishy'.
What are your thoughts, is this reportable?
