Sorry to hear about the bad experience. I've seen numerous complaints about the same issue on Twitter. I wish Bybit's customer support would acknowledge the situation, apologize, and resolve the issue, but so far, there's been no response. I hope those who had their funds taken will get them back. For now, I'll be sticking with Bitget's P2P.
