Fair point Elari, one of many risks could eventuate, many of them outside our control. I would be much more comfortable if the SP was higher and we had more funds to buffer potential storms including low ball offers. We don’t have that comfort, but we do have other things in our favour that have strengthened over the last year.
I have remained positive for 7+ years, that is why I invest and occasionally post here. Maybe this will all turn to dust and maybe it will be the polar opposite. If this treatment works as I hope it will, then inflation is not likely to stop massive market interest and investment - the trick is to hold on for that ride. I think we are gunna know relatively soon, what do you reckon?
