I think one thing is certain - MPL v COVID results will never be seen through to a conclusion. Why? Because MPL will be proven to be completely effective against COVID, which would then have been followed by a class action by shareholders v PAA (and if that was worthless v a particular Scottish land holder) because MPL never made it to the lucrative COVID therapeutic market.
Best to bury remarkable results not acted upon.
