Howdy Baulko. Technically, I guess would be an answer but even if so suggest, of itself, it would be akin to doing 115 in a 110 speed zone. In isolation most likely you would get away with it but that is really not the point. If you did manage to get pulled over then the officer may choose to do an on the spot roadworthy. That is where it may or may not begin to become embarrassing. Unfortunately you also forgot to renew the rego a month or so back (ok still somewhat marginal), then there is the bald tyres and a deal of blowing smoke - so now we are not looking so good. The one to really bring you undone would be the 12 points you already have racked up and yes, that roadie you knocked down with a, she'll be right I live just around the corner, probably would not help.
