With the issue of the quarterly the so called blackout should finish on Monday, I so far can not find and reason that a company can use to not stay within the ruling around reporting other than when the company gets the financial report and the report is issued to the market.
Yes there is certain information which they can withold but this is mainly around commercial confidentiality and or information fthat if given out breaks ghe law.
The fact the Richard has left already does not fall into these two reasons.
Shareholders again has been feed bs by Roger and the rest of the board.
Richard is still listed as the main contact for the mnd trial with Roger being the second.
Richards contract had a 6 months notice period which it was announced he would see out so if this was waived by the board why have shareholders not been advised.
