Buckland, you must be thinking about another post, because at no point did I speak of the share price or assign blame for its current level. I was merely making the observation that PAA has always been super slow at getting things done and that this has been ultra frustrating. Is it RA's fault, the nature of this business, the technical difficulty of the science, the current state of the world, these together or something else? I don't know, I'm no seer. I'm just trying to be helpful - it must be like sleeping under Damocles' sword, so much so that in your case, you felt impelled to get up at 3 am to write a damning post.
