ok so historical is irrelevant because we have a whole new team.
I think they will have a CR some time before the end of the quarter. But, they could be just a little later using mechanisms like loans to stave off the immediacy if it makes sense.
i think there will be loads of announcements and it is up to the market if they want green to show. So If a host more folks buy heaps and it will go rather green
