The prospect of a CR looms over this stock like a shadow. I'll never understand why they didn't raise earlier at say 30 cents. The problem they have now is they can't just take a large investor because the MC is too low and they'd have to sell too large a chunk, which would require SH approval. I thought ODD would be the required catalyst but it was lost in the turmoil of board and management changes. We need a spur. Could the SP driver be the return of Thurn?
