Yep, my guess is that they are still in "negotiations" with him. JC said that the ODD had caught them a bit off guard and that they hadn't expected it yet. Now they have it I would hope that MT maybe a bit keener to jump back onboard properly and not stay in the background. IMO there are timing decisions being made re announcements and they see any news on MTs future being a SP "influencer". If there is to be a CR soon we may see a MT announcement around the same time. Just me putting 2 and 2 together and probably coming up with 5.
