Hi Jack,
You probably know this - but for the benefit of all - FinEx is Finclear Executions. It provides wholesale stockbroking/order execution services to AFSL holders. It's the trade execution platform used by many brokers. So seeing FinEx top the list doesn't mean a single broker/seller. But it is interesting that broker action was atop the list for PAA - highly unusual.
