Was hoping for someone's thoughts on these ideas..
PharmAust has not been shorted at all, as far as I can see, up until the 17th May 2024. The day we received ODD.
On that day the Daily Gross Short Sales reported were... 421,580. (many pages of the ASX report left out)


I am led to believe that short positions in PAA aren’t readily available to trade, so only Brokers can create a short likethis? Could someone confirm this?

If that is the case, that only Brokers can create this sort of short, then I wouldn’t want to be a client of any brokers who are suggesting that they sell this stock.

Their advice is probably not due to the capability of the new management or the drug’s amazing potential.

These investors might be missing out on what could well be a unique and lucrative opportunity.
It looks like some “Bad Actors” with vested interests might be biting off their own nose to spite their face.

Now that this stock has been sold down, it may/probably represents significant value.

Manipulate much? Few trades of 811 shares to knock the price down today.

I have an order for 100k at $0.175 left in from yesterday. I see there was only 79,425 sold at 17.5 cents, and I didn’t get to see what happened in the Auction.
