We just need to wait and let Sergio & team get the house sorted.
There are significant actions underway that must be done for the company to function as a full sweep of the board means all sorts of the basics need now to transition to new board members, and unfortunately these things are taking time and a lot of paperwork.
I am not aware of any reason why MT would not withdraw his resignation and that is now a matter for the board and himself to determine.
