Not that I think all or even half of the above is sorted, the mountains of work being done right now should have some gems to share.

It is a small team of mostly new, energetic, enthusiastic folks and without a handover so EVERYTHING will be a challenge. I think that the masses of retail investors are being very understanding but also, we are on that journey too and I have spoken to a lot of people who simply want confirmation that we have some safe hands working hard. The change is significant and so is their investment here.

Someone said we didn’t really get the benefit out of ODD. I actually disagree because we would have slid further, but I do also agree we can get more with confidence and clarity.
