The new board may have discussed this stuff and as I am not at the table so I can't say that this approach remains rock solid, but the logic of the former approach has not changed so I strongly doubt the new chair and board would entertain making a deal more complex and also risk the value proposition.

A package deal:

• MND/ALS - Phase 2/3
• Other Neurological - Pre-clinical
• Human Cancer - Phase 1 and pre-clinical
• Virus - questionable, pre-clinical at best
• Vet Cancer - Phase 2

Not great to say, hey, you can have the human use but this other team have Vet use and can sell what ever they like in whatever from they like as they have the market for vet. What would worry me is the number of humans that suddenly have pets that are unwell as there is no way most people would spend as much on pet heath as human family health.
