Just a guess on my part, but I think a CR is the lest likely method of funding. Though I think it may be worthwhile the BOD offering a Rights Issue to existing share holders, and if it is generous enough it may encourage Option holders to convert and become eligible for a greater share. This money would supplement funding, not replace it.
Overall though as previously stated, don't lose any sleep and let the BOD/Management team get on with it.
