Obviously the participants in the placement have ‘borrowed’ PAA from brokers and are so afraid the SP is going to tank that they are selling below 19c.
130k+ sold at below 19c. So far. Unfortunately, our placement amigos will be getting their hands on 50 million PAA shares.
