Perhaps there will never be a cure for ALS.
Rather, early diagnosis before symptoms even appear, then onto MPL as SOC to keep the disease in a comatose state.
Shouldn't focus on the financial ramifications, but imagine being on MPL for 10+ years, and the cumulative effect of total patients by extending average survival beyond 10 years.
