MT was quite specific when alluding to size and territory of BP that may takeover PAA. I would think that is unusual messaging if at least directionally something isn't brewing in the background, though non-committal at this stage. Also buying options in 8-9c range now has the same feeling to it as buying options in 5-6c range.
