I don't have any inside knowledge but 3 most likely reasons in my view.
Old board wanted to
- Accept a lowball offer ?
- To concentrate on Cancer ?
- Wanted to curtail the CEO building up an expanded management team and just coast until an offer was made.
But to be honest I no longer care. We almost have a brand new company that is focused on bringing about a result.
