@NZ Trader some reason cant reply to your post but they use the ALS Functional Rating Scale - Revised (ALSFRS-R) to try and 'quantify' Quality Of Life, the scale takes most of the opinion out of it, where a person sits and what they think their quality of life still is would still vary according to opinion though.
