It’s pretty much standard practice - making sure 3.7k holders know or remember about the opportunity. There’s been great uptake so far and it’s expected to continue. No doubt there will be a certain portion waiting to commit to make sure 19c is good value.
Personally I don’t think the company will waste any good announcements until the CR is done and dusted. I expect the SP would stay around 19c anyway, so not much point. Save the bullets until the CR is finalised.
