I'm only speculating , but it's far easier to raise additional funds when a Funder can see $10m/ $12m worth of committed funds in the bank.

The old adage , " best to put in the last dollar than the first dollar".

Trialing is no cheap exercise , plus we know there will be a 24 week period of relatively low to no news. , That's why it is so imperative for Biotechs to Herald their Positives to raise the SP for the drought in news while trialing..

SP is still 20% down from being awarded FDA ODD Designation? so that yielded no SH Value as it was buried in 5 announcements that day.
SP is down circa 60% since the Phase I Data Release.

The BOD change out resulted in a loss of momentum and then a reduction in SH value since.
That action and the SPP has taken 2 months out of 2024 .. all whilst the Company has newly hired in Manufacturing , Logistics and a USA Representative.
The News must be building behind the scenes ,,, but when will that be converted back into lost SH Value?? Getting back to 53c is just making up lost ground.
On top of all of the above the SOI will be increased significantly which in turn creates dilution....

Big Task ahead for MT and Co ,,, changing market sentiment is always tricky but investing in Marketing always pays dividends compared to not investing in messaging....

July Fight MND are awarding Grants.... so that should deliver circa $1.8m and the ability to gain some market awareness...NZT
