Well why not convert at 15 cents now instead of buying Moore shares via cr at 19 cents.
The good thing about a cr and option conversion is the money goes directly to the company, just buying shares or options on the market doesn't give money to PAA.
To buy more options right now to be in the money the share price would need to be above 25 cents.
