According to p values the chances of phase 1 results being replicated in a larger study are close to 90%. If phase 2/3 study results are similar or improved the chance of FDA approval is pretty close to 100%. You would have to ascribe a probability of less than 8% to justify today's low share price. If you gave the drug a 50% chance of approval the SP should be a minimum of $1.50.
