Let's say they come back with a valuation of $2 per share.
I'm getting a divorce and my wife has 1 million PAA shares. I could then value her portfolio at $2 million in our financial settlement agreement because I could present a document from a licensed valuer saying that's what they are worth. You keep the shares dear and I'll take the house.
The IP suite could possibly be worth something if it was currently generating royalty income but at the moment it is only hopes and dreams.
