Scientifically, technically? A shed load, even in the last 12 months (see my last post and other posters earlier in this thread, especially Densy, for the details). In short, "getting the ducks in a row" just as we're coming into the years (next and the one after) when the BP legacy patents expire. Clearly, some don't like that...oh no, they don't like it all!
