I dont think a small cap raising will help any, if results are good but are not of a magnitude to get the reward oppies in the money, or even the 15000000 @ 15 cents oppies in the money which would only bring in $2,250,000.
Far more cash will be needed to run a phase 2 mnd trial, a phase 2 human cancer trial, a phase 2 covid trial and continue with canine trial.
The question is would submitting an ophan drug application be sufficient to push up the sp above 20 cents (it's now to late for it to be submitted and approved before reward oppies expire).
With all the good news coming out about mnd results,, some patients appearing to be stable, all patients still alive, reduced inflammation and all patients electing to remain on mpl, not being able to hold the sp will even great results be enough to push the sp up by around 250%.
So what are Rogers and Sam's plan to get the reward oppies in the money
