Raffout, this is a tough stock as you probably already know and I don't want to heap a pile of negativity on the thread so I'll start with the tough bits.
An overview of the weekly shows some big consolidation zones overhead which are going to create a roadblock when / if the SP keeps moving up. These zones indicate a lot of trapped supply that would be eager to get their funds back so expect a very choppy and drawn out path through that.
Coming back to the daily and more current trading we see that the price action is quite good with the SP above both the bollie median line and the 8 ema. You have a resistance level at .021 so a close of day above that would be bullish. Support is at .019 and .018. The last 3 candles haven't shown a lot of strength, today will be an important session for guidance.
I don't follow PAB or know what they do but hopefully they have something significant about to land to put some fire into the SP. Sorry I can't be more positive, I'm simply reading the chart.
