This is not random singular buying, it seems to be quite concentrated suggesting that an "advisor" has made a recommendation to their clients.
Don't know about a break out, yet, I think that an announcement would be needed there, but, I'm sure that there will be some very happy ST holders taking these nice percentage jumps and LTs topping up on the resulting dips.
