1) Sure Chaya and probably his mates are accumulating (as shown on the last top 50) in preparation for a pump and dump (as per their previous modus operandi).

2) But potentially there may also be some larger long-term accumulators at play - given the volume of shares that have changed hands in the last 4 weeks or so.

As a long-term holder I am agnostic to the maneuverings and games that are being played by the traders like Chaya. Some could also argue that this is a sign of a well functioning stock market.

But all of the initial signs point to the stock being at least a mid term buy and hold (particularly at these levels).

Sure the traders will make some money along the way, but unfortunately (even with the use of sophisticated trading programs and algorithms), they have a poor history of picking the ultimate (stabilised) market cap of a stock like PAB.

As Aki has quite correctly pointed out (and in true Warren Buffett fashion), it will be the mid to long-term holders that will come out with the goods in the end.
