It is fairly straightforward to convert the options to shares - you can start by contacting the company secretary and he/she will point you in the right direction - you pay the funds to convert and you normally see the newly converted shares in your account within 2-3 days

The expiry date is the LATEST DATE on which you can convert - they can be converted at ANY TIME. Please note that if you don't convert or if you don't resell the options as you would normally sell your shares, they will expire worthless - VERY IMPORTANT

Well obviously they can be bought on market now.
But they were issued to shareholders on capital raises who can now release that value on market, correct?
