PAB's AGM

I Cannot see too much coming from todays AGM other than ALL resolutions being approved..

The one that is probably the most important to all holders(especially the long termers)is the extra placement capacity..from 15% to 25% that can only be asked for once a year at the AGM(or an EGM if something is required from left field and funds are needed quickly)

So the Dr will have at his dispossal 25% of the book to raise capital down the line, i am pretty sure we are going to need it especially if we get the tick to actually go to trials in q3/q4 next year lets hope the SP is much higher when needing it or one of the potential partners ponies up for a JV/deal ect...

25% of the book right now is only $5m and that is imho not enough without other funding coming through, hoping the raise is well above 3c early next year and then most will feel validated for staying strong in PAB and the BoD..

Interesting end to the year and im sure the Dr will start the good news soon..
