They are. They do a deal early, purchase at a very low point, announce to millions of followers that they have a new investment.

but who cares. This one is not a fake company. They might put out good press releases. It benefits both companies. But at the end of the day IVZ has the potential to have one of the biggest pay days in the next 6 months compared to any other O&G explorer.
