The number is a risked number so they are actually saying it could be worth around 33c now with all the risks with drilling and unknowns in place. The unrisked number is what they think if IVZ can prove the well that it flows at decent rates and does indeed contain the volumes net pays of gas as indicated on the seismic and this is only from the first 2 wells. You would need to drill more wells to prove up the resource size
