Just sold the crown jewel.
Revenue to drop by $20mil /year . Haven’t proved to me they can buy assets at lower multiples than GQG and growing as fast.
Big mistake in my opinion.
Large tax expense and big reinvestment risk with proceeds.
Management have a problem with having to deals to justify their worth/ expense.
