    SM would be the dumbest CEO ever if he didnt altogether scrap the 13c rights issue if it does indeed fail. Who would buy this stock higher than say 12c in the next 3 months after february if they knew a 15 million 13c raise with free options could be filled at anytime or moment to sophos
